ASHTANGA MYSORE
These classes are self guided allowing you to really find your own version of the practice with the supervision and assistance of the teacher giving 1-2-1 help where needed.

ACCESSIBLE ASHTANGA
This is an adapted and accessible Ashtanga yoga class. We will take the traditional sequence and adapt using chairs and props to create an accessible sequence for everyone.

LED HALF PRIMARY
This is a led Ashtanga vinyasa half primary sequence. We will working through the standing postures, seated sequence up until Navasna and finishing with the seated sequence. This class is for anyone who has practiced Ashtanga yoga or who likes a challenge as this will be a slightly faster class but there will still be lots of adaptions for poses to help create the best practice for your body.
