LED HALF PRIMARY

This is a led Ashtanga vinyasa half primary sequence. We will working through the standing postures, seated sequence up until Navasna and finishing with the seated sequence. This class is for anyone who has practiced Ashtanga yoga or who likes a challenge as this will be a slightly faster class but there will still be lots of adaptions for poses to help create the best practice for your body.
